Zechstein magnesium stands above other sources of magnesium available today because of its purity and lack of contamination. Today, up to 80 percent of the world’s magnesium comes from Asia, specifically in areas where gas and asbestos are also extracted. The result of these common extraction practices is low-quality magnesium oils, which are refined chemically before being introduced to the market.

At The Heart of Tradition, we use a unique and ecological extraction process that only uses natural spring water to dissolve the magnesium from a series of chloride salt layers. Due to our standard extraction process, we do not have to separate the magnesium from other components.

When applying Zechstein magnesium to experience beneficial health results, we recommend a progressive application process. Start by applying anywhere from 5 to 10 pumps on the abdomen every day for several days in a row. Then, begin applying it to other parts of the body until you reach between 10 to 20 pumps per time. You may feel a tingling sensation when you start to apply Zechstein magnesium, which is an indicator that your body is deficient in this essential and powerful mineral.
